Song Ji Hyo Jokes That She And Kim Jong Kook Are A "Future Couple" On "Running Man"

On the latest episode of “Running Man,” Song Ji Hyo joked about the possibility of a future romantic relationship between her and Kim Jong Kook!

During the March 31 broadcast of the SBS variety show, the eight cast members drew lots to split up into three teams at random. Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Suk Jin, and Yang Se Chan ended up on one team, while Lee Kwang Soo, Jun So Min, and HaHa wound up on another, leaving Kim Jong Kook and Song Ji Hyo to form their own team of two.

The cast immediately rushed to tease the two stars, exclaiming, “They’re a couple!” and “Could this be destiny?” Ji Suk Jin jokingly added, “People will think we rigged this.”

Each of the three groups then came up with a name for their team, and Song Ji Hyo playfully announced, “We’re F.C.!”

When Ji Suk Jin asked what the name stood for, she replied with a laugh, “Future Couple.”

Later on, when guest Jang Hee Jin was given the opportunity to join a team of her own choosing, she decided not to join the “Future Couple” team, explaining, “Kim Jong Kook is too scary.”

Song Ji Hyo drew attention for defending her teammate, commenting regretfully, “He’s actually a good guy once you get to know him.”
