Song Jae Rim Reported To Star In Drama gugudan's Kim Sejeong Is In Talks For
Song Jae Rim may be working with gugudan’s Kim Sejeong!
On April 1, it was reported that Song jae Rim would be taking on the lead role for KBS 2TV’s new drama “I Wanna Hear Your Song.”
“I Wanna Hear Your Song” is about a woman whose secret is that she can only fall asleep when she hears a tone-deaf person sing, and the disturbing murder that is lost in her memories. She discovers traces of love lost within the depths of her memories. Currently, Kim Sejeong is in talks to play the lead role Hong Yi Kyung.
If Song Jae Rim is confirmed for the part, he will be playing Nam Joo Wan, a teaching assistant at a music college and conductor of the city symphony orchestra. The character is filled with artistic talent and clumsy charm.
Song Jae Rim made his acting debut in 2009 with “Actresses” and rose to fame with his appearance in “The Moon Embracing the Sun.” He continued to show an array of acting through “Two Weeks,” “Surplus Princess,” “Unkind Women,” “Goodbye Mr. Black,” “Our Gap Soon,” “Clean With Passion For Now,” and more.
“I Wanna Hear Your Song” is based on award-winning book “I’ll Put You To Sleep” (literal title) and will be written by Kim Min Joo, who previously wrote “Sunny Again Tomorrow.” It will be directed by producing director Lee Jung Mi, who previously directed drama special “Pinocchio’s Nose.”
The drama is slated to air in August.
