SBS Responds To Reports About Broadcast Schedule For "So I Married The Anti-Fan"
SBS has responded to reports of upcoming drama “So I Married the Anti-Fan” being programmed to air in August or September.
On April 4, a source from the entertainment industry reported, “Pre-produced drama ‘So I Married the Anti-Fan’ is slated to air via SBS around August or September,” and later that day, a source from SBS’s drama department stated, “[The reports] are groundless.”
“So I Married the Anti-Fan” is a romantic comedy about global K-Pop star Who Joon (played by Choi Tae Joon) and his anti-fan Lee Geun Young (played by Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung) who is a magazine reporter. The drama kicked off production last August and has concluded filming.
Previously, a source from the drama explained that “So I Married the Anti-Fan” is co-produced by major Hollywood studio Warner Brothers Korea TV Production. The drama will air simultaneously in 160 countries at the time it is programmed domestically.
