BTS Sets New Record As "Boy With Luv" Hits 70 Million Views

BTS has achieved a new milestone with their latest release!

At approximately 3:15 p.m. KST on April 13, BTS’s “Boy With Luv” music video surpassed 70 million views on YouTube. As it was released at 6 p.m. KST on April 12, this means they were able to achieve this in approximately 21 hours and 15 minutes.

This makes “Boy With Luv” the fastest Korean group music video to reach the milestone. For boy groups, the previous record was 2 days and 2 hours, which was held by BTS’s previous release “IDOL.” The overall record was originally held by BLACKPINK at one day, 13 hours and 30 minutes, and now BTS has set a new benchmark.

This may be the fastest time to 70 million views for any artist’s MV on YouTube; however, there is currently a lack of official sources that could confirm this.
