Watch: Uee Recreates Her Legendary "Single Ladies" Performance From "Star King" + Dances To TWICE

Uee reunited with Kang Ho Dong and showcased her moves on JTBC’s “Ask Us Anything.”

On the April 13 broadcast, Uee guested on the show with her “My Only One” co-star Choi Soo Jong. Kang Ho Dong brought up “Star King,” which is a show the comedian used to host from 2007 to 2016. A panel of celebrity guests used to appear on the show along with contestants with various talents.

After Uee appeared on “Star King” in 2009 and danced to Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies,” her popularity soared thanks to her healthy body and outstanding dance skills.

Uee said, “I’m so grateful to Kang Ho Dong, but I probably danced to that song more than Beyoncé. He used to ask me to dance even when we were walking on the street.”

Kang Ho Dong then asked why Uee appeared on “Ask Us Anything” if she disliked him, and she explained, “I really like Kang Ho Dong. I like watching ‘Ask Us Anything,’ but I feel a lot of pressure about having to do something. When Choi Soo Jong said that he was appearing on a variety show, I said that I would definitely go with him. Then he said it was ‘Ask Us Anything,’ and I thought, oh… ‘Ask Us Anything.'”

Choi Soo Jong then expressed his gratitude to Uee, revealing that she has never said no to any opportunities. Uee added with a laugh, “I actually worried a lot. Will Kang Ho Dong make me dance again? No way. Many years have passed. But I found myself going to the practice room to prepare something.”

The singer-actress then took the stage and showed her cover of TWICE’s “Like OOH-AHH” as well as Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies.” Check out the clip below!
