BTS's "DNA" Becomes 1st Korean Boy Group MV To Hit 700 Million Views
One of BTS’s music videos has reached insane new heights!
At approximately 3:23 a.m. KST on April 15, BTS’s “DNA” reached 700 million views on YouTube.
“DNA” is the title track of the group’s mini album “Love Yourself: Her.” It was originally released on September 18, 2017 at 6 p.m. KST, which means the music video for “DNA” hit 700 million views one year, six months, 27 days, and a little over nine hours after its release.
BTS’s “DNA” is notably the first Korean boy group MV to reach this milestone.
The only artists who have done so are BLACKPINK with “DDU-DU DDU-DU” and PSY with the record-holder of the most-watched K-pop music video of all time, “Gangnam Style.”
Congratulations to BTS on the amazing accomplishment! Check out “DNA” again in celebration below!
