"Begin Again 3" Confirms Premiere Date And Lineup Including Henry, Akdong Musician's Lee Soo Hyun, And More

JTBC’s healing music program “Begin Again” will air its third season this July.

“Begin Again” is a program that features top Korean artists going overseas to busk. Throughout it’s run, the program received praise from viewers for sharing quality music that is also memorable and healing.

Last season, the program focused on helping top artists go back to their roots and reevaluate their initial intentions. This time, the show will focus on bringing people together through music, even in foreign places.

The lineup will be divided into two teams of musicians who will travel to different locations and attempt busking in different environments. This includes “Family Band” from last season, who showcased such incredible teamwork that viewers requested a reunion even after the show. The team consists of Park Jung Hyun, Harim, Henry, and Akdong Musician’s Lee Soo Hyun. This season, they will welcome guitarist Lim Hun Il from Mate and “honey voice” Kim Feel as new members. “Family Band” plans to show viewers more colorful music and teamwork.

The team that has not been revealed yet consists of musicians who are different from the members of “Family Band” and will write a new story on the program.

In addition, “Family Band,” including their new members, plan to gift their fans in Korea with a surprise busking event before they head overseas. They will perform songs that received a lot of love during “Begin Again 2.” Many are curious as to how Korean fans will react to songs that made fans overseas both cry and cheer. The busking event will be live broadcasted on the official JTBC Instagram on the evening of April 18.
