Wheesung's Agency Responds To Suspicions Of Him Being Celebrity Mentioned In Amy's Statement

Wheesung’s agency has responded to suspicions that Wheesung may be the celebrity friend “A” mentioned in her statement.

Earlier today, Amy posted on Instagram and revealed that a celebrity friend referred to as “A” took drugs with her and begged her to take the blame. Thereafter, some people online expressed suspicions that the celebrity friend “A” might be Wheesung, who used to be good friends with Amy.

On April 16, Wheesung’s agency responded, “We need to confirm with him directly with regard to his name being mentioned in the current situation. We are currently verifying the facts.”

Previously, Wheesung was suspected of regularly injecting propofol for non-medical purposes at a dermatology clinic in Gangnam from 2011 to early 2013. However, he was cleared of the suspicions, and at the time, Wheesung’s lawyer stated, “The court accepted the fact that the injections were administered legally according to a doctor’s prescription. Wheesung was receiving treatment for herniated disc, hair loss, etc.”
