Ji Chang Wook In Talks To Star In Upcoming Space Drama Following Military Discharge

With his military discharge date coming up soon, Ji Chang Wook is in the process of choosing his next project!

On April 17, a report revealed that the actor was going to star in director Jang Jin’s new drama “City of Stars,” which Byun Yo Han was previously revealed to no longer be a part of. In response, a source from Ji Chang Wook’s agency stated, “A lot of drama and film scripts have come in, and he is currently in the process of reviewing them. ‘City of Stars’ is one of those dramas. As he is still in a military position, he is careful to speak on any official activities or schedules.”

“City of Stars,” which will be directed by Jang Jin, is a space drama that will be about the events that take place after two men, who have always longed for the sky, end up being selected to be part of an astronaut training project. The drama will be completely pre-produced, and is tentatively scheduled for broadcast in the second half of the year.

Ji Chang Wook is expected to be discharged from the military on April 27.
