Kim Hye Yoon showed off her dance moves on SBS’s “Running Man”!

On the April 21 broadcast of the variety show, the cast and guests formed teams and competed in a mission to make “Running Man + [guest’s name]” become the No. 1 trending search on portal sites.

During the first round, everyone tried to guess No. 1 songs from various generations. In order to win the chance to guess the correct answer, the teams had to reenact famous drama scenes, and everyone tried their best to avoid the water bomb penalty.

In order to help her team win, Kim Hye Yoon showcased her dance moves to BLACKPINK’s “DDU-DU DDU-DU.” The actress stepped out confidently when the song came on, but she ended up making everyone laugh with her endearingly awkward dancing.

For the second mission, each team had to create one-minute video clips to promote their teams in a competition to receive the most likes. Since Kim Hye Yoon used to take dance classes, her teammates Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Kwang Soo came up with the idea to film a dance video.

Yoo Jae Suk asked her, “What are you good at dancing to? We have to make Hye Yoon into a popular star right now,” and the actress responded by performing a dance cover of MOMOLAND’s “BBoom BBoom.” After Yoo Jae Suk tried to offer her some pointers on the choreography to “BBoom BBoom”, Lee Kwang Soo showed her how it was done by dancing to BTS’s “Fire.”

The team ultimately decided to mix Kim Hye Yoon’s lines from “SKY Castle,” her cover of BLACKPINK’s Jennie’s “SOLO,” and a short dance of Yukgaksu’s “HeungBo” (literal title) for their video. After they had created the clip, “Running Man” posted the four teams’ videos on its official Instagram account.

The final race of the day was the tail-catching mission. If the balloon on someone’s tail was popped, that team’s clip was deleted from Instagram. In order to increase their chances for more views and likes, everyone tried to keep their video up online by running away from each other.

Each team had to pop the balloon of a designated team, and Kim Hye Yoon’s team tried to avoid getting caught by Han Bo Reum‘s team.

Although Kim Hye Yoon had the balloon on her tail, her teammates Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Kwang Soo left her behind in order to attack EXID’s team, and Han Bo Reum’s team managed to successfully catch Kim Hye Yoon and pop her balloon. Although Kim Hye Yoon’s team was the first to be eliminated from the race, they still ended up receiving the most likes and won the competition. The actress celebrated by dancing to Jennie’s “SOLO” once more.
