An Woo Yeon Announces Military Enlistment Date

Actor An Woo Yeon will be enlisting in the military soon.

On April 22, a source from his agency JS Pictures confirmed the news and said, “An Woo Yeon will be enlisting on April 30. After going through basic training, he will fulfill his duties as an active-duty soldier.” They added, “He plans to have a quiet enlistment without any events or fanfare.”

The actor is currently appearing in the Wednesday-Thursday MBC drama “The Banker” as Seo Bo Geol. Regarding his drama, the source said, “His enlistment will not affect the broadcast of ‘The Bunker.’ He will film all of his scenes before he enlists.”

An Woo Yeon made his acting debut in 2015 and has since appeared in productions like KBS’s “Five Children,” JTBC’s “Strong Woman Do Bong Soon” and “Age of Youth 2,” and tvN’s “Let’s Eat 3.”
