Watch: Park Bo Young And Ahn Hyo Seop Are Lost And Confused In Thrilling Teaser For "Abyss"

tvN’s upcoming drama “Abyss” has released a new chilling teaser!

“Abyss” is about two childhood friends Go Se Yeon (Park Bo Young) and Cha Min (Ahn Hyo Seop) who are murdered and brought back to life by a magical orb called the abyss. They look completely different than they did before their deaths, and they vow to find those who killed them.

The video starts off with Cha Min holding the magical orb and saying, “Abyss. Anyway, you are saying that I was revived because of this orb.” He is then shown calling out to Go Se Yeon outside her house when the lights suddenly turn off. A voice over says, “Now, everything is finished.”

The scene cuts to Park Dong Chul (Lee Si Eon) saying, “Detective, what is this sudden unfortunate turn of events?” followed by scenes of family and friends mourning for Go Se Yeon. Cha Min is shown crying and looking desperate as he holds onto a yellow crystal while repeatedly pleading, “Please save her. Please save Go Se Yeon this one time.”

Finally, Park Bo Young makes her appearance as Go Se Yeon she is shown lost and confused in the rain, wondering where she is when she discovers her face has changed. Cha Min asks, “You’re Go Se Yeon, right?” Go Se Yeon looks shocked as she replies, “Who are you?”

Together, the two start out on the hunt for the killer as Go Se Yeon says to her own grave, “Just wait. I’ll for sure find the person who killed you. I will capture him and make sure he is properly punished for killing you this way.” The teaser also shows the leads entering a strange room filled with pictures and papers. Go Se Yeon asks, “What is all this?” and Cha Min trembles as he holds up a piece of paper saying, “I know this person. Did I save a serial killer?”

“Abyss” will premiere on May 6 at 9:30 p.m. KST. Watch the full teaser below!
