Kang Daniel's Representatives Deny Reports That He Is Working On New Music

Kang Daniel’s side has refuted the reports that the singer is working on new music.

On April 24, it was reported that Kang Daniel had gone to the United States to work with a famous music producer in Los Angeles. According to these reports, Kang Daniel was in the United States with “Seol” on April 5 before returning to South Korea sometime in the middle of April, with “Seol” returning to Hong Kong a week earlier.

On April 25, one of his representatives stated to YTN Star, “We checked with him personally about whether the reports were true. He is not preparing for any official promotions in the entertainment industry, such as working on new music.”

“Seol” is an agent in Hong Kong who contracts hallyu stars for business like advertisements, events, and performances. She was listed as the legal representative for the initial certification of contents that was sent to Kang Daniel’s agency, LM Entertainment. In their statement during the court questioning on April 24, LM Entertainment names Kang Daniel’s representative as “Seol Hye Seung.”

Kang Daniel and LM Entertainment are currently embroiled in a legal conflict over his contract.
