BTS's 'Boy With Luv' Featuring Halsey Breaks Record For Korean Groups As It Rises On Billboard's Pop Songs Chart

BTS’s “Boy With Luv” featuring Halsey has risen to their highest ranking yet on Billboard’s Pop Songs chart!

Billboard has announced that BTS’s latest title track has risen on the Pop Songs radio airplay chart to No. 22 on the chart dated May 11, after coming in at No. 27 last week.

This beats BTS’s previous best on the chart, which was the No. 25 ranking achieved by “MIC Drop” (featuring Desiigner) in January 2018. BTS has also entered the Pop Songs chart with two other songs: “Fake Love” which reached No. 34 and Steve Aoki’s “Waste It on Me” (featuring BTS) which peaked at No. 38.

Singer PSY is the only Korean act to rank higher on the chart, as “Gangnam Style” reached No. 10 in 2012.

Billboard’s Pop Songs chart ranks songs by weekly plays on 167 mainstream top 40 stations in the United States, according to Nielsen Music.

This week’s Billboard charts will be updated in full on May 7 local time.

Congratulations to BTS!
