Watch: "Running Man" Cast Competes Against Staff In Epic Battle For 9th Anniversary Fan Meeting In New Preview

SBS’s “Running Man” will be celebrating its ninth year anniversary with a legendary episode!

On May 12, the variety show released a preview of next week’s episode that began with the return of producing director (PD) Jung Chul Min.

Yoo Jae Suk said, “Iron Min is here” and Ji Suk Jin added, “Our struggles have begun.” The PD announced, “We prepared a new project. ‘Running Man,’ which has been loved for nine years, prepared the ‘Running Man’ fan meeting ‘Running 9’ project.”

The cast commented that they had done fan meetings abroad, but not in Korea, and the staff revealed a cue sheet that they’d have to follow in case they lost the race against the staff. The members expressed their dismay at the level of difficulty of the performances and spoke about the importance of winning.

Testing their nine years of teamwork, the cast members will face various missions as well as sweet offers by the PD that will have Ji Suk Jin and HaHa lost in deep thought.

“Running Man” airs on Sundays at 5 p.m. KST. Check out the preview below:
