Man Arrested For Setting Fire To His Shared Home With Idol Members

On May 16, the police revealed that they have arrested and are questioning a man for setting his home on fire, which he shares with idol group members.

According to the police, a man in his 30s identified as Jang entered the shared home around 8:50 a.m. KST in an intoxicated state.  Afterwards, he got into an argument with two idol group members, started to throw objects around, and set a carpet on fire.

Jang put out the fire when one of the members called the police, preventing any injuries. The police have booked Jang on charges of attempted arson and are questioning him regarding the reason for having an argument with the idol members.

Jang is reported to be a close acquaintance of the idol group members.
