Singer Hareem Announces Marriage And Plans For Unique Wedding In Poland

Hareem is getting married!

On May 19, the musician announced news of his wedding on his radio show EBS FM “Sunday Music Journey World Music, It’s Hareem” (literal title). During the one-hour segment titled “May Wedding Singer” where he introduced listeners to wedding songs around the world, he said, “Everyone, I’m getting married.”

He explained, “Instead of a wedding, we’re going to listen to an orchestra performance together in Poland. I’ll be a married man by [May] 24. We’re going to finish our wedding by putting rings on each other’s fingers to the tune of our favorite song.”

Hareem continued, “I’m embarrassed. My face is really red right now. A beautiful moment like this is happening in my life. I hope all of you will be happy too. Thank you. I’ll be happy.”

A source from his agency Mystic Story confirmed the news, saying, “Hareem said that he wanted to personally tell his listeners and fans about his wedding.”

Hareem began his music career in 1996 as the lead vocal of the three-membered band VEN. He was discovered by Yoon Jong Shin during his military service and officially debuted in 2001 with his first solo album “Multiple Personality” (literal title).

He has continued to promote as a singer, musician, and cultural planner and has written lyrics for singers such as Park Jung Hyun. He is currently a member of project group Shinchireem along with Yoon Jong Shin and Jo Jung Chi. He will appear on JTBC’s “Begin Again 3” after previously gaining attention on the second season of the show.
