BTS's "Fire" Becomes Their 2nd MV To Reach 550 Million Views

Another BTS music video has reached a YouTube milestone!

As of approximately 8 a.m. KST on May 21, BTS’s “Fire” became the group’s second music video to surpass 550 million views on YouTube. “Fire” was released on May 2, 2016 at 12 a.m. KST, meaning that the MV achieved the milestone about 3 years and 19 days after its release.

BTS became the first Korean group to surpass 550 million views on YouTube with “DNA” back in November 2018. Since then, BLACKPINK’s “DDU-DU DDU-DU,” “As If It’s Your Last,” and “BOOMBAYAH” have also achieved the milestone.

“Fire” was released as part of the compilation album “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever” in 2016.
