Listen: Lim Kim Transforms Into A Rapper For 1st Comeback In Over 3 Years

Lim Kim (also known as Kim Yerim) has made her return with a brand new sound.

On May 24, Lim Kim released “SAL-KI,” her first song in approximately three years and six months since her 2015 album “Stay Ever.”

The song is very different from her previous work as a hip hop track. Lim Kim participated in composing, writing lyrics, and rapping for the song, which was produced by You Will Know’s No Identity.

Lim Kim first made a name for herself as part of the group Togeworl in 2011, appearing on season 3 of “Superstar K.” She also debuted as a solo artist in 2013 and is known for her unique voice and songs like “Alright,” “Goodbye 20,” and “Stay Ever.” She parted ways with Mystic Entertainment in 2016 when her contract expired and she has been away from the spotlight in those three years.
