Update: PRISTIN's Nayoung And Eunwoo Write Letters To Fans Following Disbandment Announcement
Updated May 25 KST:
PRISTIN’s Eunwoo and Nayoung have expressed their thoughts on the group’s disbandment.
On May 25, Eunwoo left a comment on Xiyeon’s Instagram post that reads as follows:
There were some things I didn’t mention in the chat room, so I’ll write it here! I love all the members of PRISTIN, and I’m so grateful that you were all with me during this long time. I love you guys. Xiyeon, you worked so hard.
Although we might sometimes feel uncertain about the path we’ll take, it’d be nice if we can help each other and not lose hope. I’m sure HIghs feel the same way.
Nayoung unni, Roa unni, Yuha unni, Yebin, Kyulkyung, Sungyeon, Yewon, Xiyeon, and [Kyla], we all worked hard. Let’s all be happy. [Kyla], you really worked hard. I think I was unable to do more for you, so I’m sorry. Let’s eat delicious food together the next time we meet.
I love you all [fans] too. Thank you so much for supporting us and loving us.
Nayoung also wrote a message to fans on her Instagram:
Hello. This is Im Nayoung.
First, I apologize for having to greet you all with unfortunate news.
I want to thank ‘HIgh’ for always giving me strength during my activities, as well as everyone who has constantly supported and encouraged me. I won’t be able to greet you all as PRISTIN anymore, so I’m so sorry to ‘HIgh’ and everyone.
I left this nest called Pledis, where I’ve been since 2011, and am preparing for a fresh start. Thank you to the Pledis family for their unsparing support while I was in the agency. I won’t forget all the people who have supported me so far, and I will work harder to become an Im Nayoung who can grow one step further. Please support the PRISTIN members who have always been with me through happy and sad times as well.
Just as they say that if there’s an end, there’s also a beginning, PRISTIN has ended, but I’ll start anew as Im Nayoung and become a person who works hard to show you a good image.
Thank you.

Updated May 24 KST:
PRISTIN’s Kyla has now also posted on Instagram to share her thoughts with fans after the group disbanded.
She wrote in English:
Dear HIghs,
I am so devastated that I have to be uploading this post and I know that so many of you have a million questions. For now, I just want to say I am so sorry and also incredibly grateful to all of you who have supported us from the beginning from when we were Pledis Girlz to now. While Pristin has officially disbanded, I would like to ask you all not to be upset and angry, but rather joyous of the memories that we’ve had together and all of the amazing things we have accomplished. Moving forward, I hope you all will find it in your hearts to support me as Kyla Massie instead of Pristin Kyla. I had been with Pledis for approximately 9 years now and I am very lucky to have had this amazing experience and to have had such a wonderful second family. Thank you. It has been a rollercoaster ride the past 2 years and I couldn’t be more grateful to all of the people who have supported us over this time. Thank you so much. I love you with all of my heart.
She signed off in Korean by saying, “I love you, our HIghs.”

Hello, this is Park Siyeon.
Firstly, I’m sorry for writing to you with bad news.
I was able to spend truly happy days thanks to High, who loved me steadfastly throughout my 11 years at Pledis and two years with PRISTIN. Thank you.
Although this is the end of our activities as PRISTIN, I’ll work hard in the future as Park Siyeon to make up for all the love you’ve given me.
I hope that together with me, you will watch over and support the new beginnings of our members, whom I was with for a long time.
I’m so sorry and grateful to everyone who has loved and waited for PRISTIN.
