Previously, the singer went to the hospital on May 28 due to a high fever and then started activities again on May 29.
It was reported by Xportsnews that he went to the hospital following his fan signing event on June 2 as his condition worsened once again.
His agency Swing Entertainment explained, “He went to the hospital as his high fever and body ache symptoms did not improve. He will focus on treatment and rest for the time being.”

On May 29, a source from Kim Jae Hwan’s agency revealed, “[Kim Jae Hwan] is feeling better, and we will continue to check on his state of health. [He will] carry out the scheduled activities as planned.”

On May 28, a source from his agency Swing Entertainment told Newsen that Kim Jae Hwan had been treated through an IV for a high fever and then finished his appearance on SBS MTV’s “The Show” due to his own desire to do so.
