Watch: NCT 127 Shares Their Super Reaction To Their "Superhuman" MV

On May 28, NCT 127 uploaded a reaction and commentary video for their latest comeback MV, “Superhuman“!

The group is gathered in their “Music Bank” waiting room and Doyoung immediately shouts, “Let’s check it out!” while Haechan theatrically presses play making robotic noises. All the members sit closer to the screen as soon as the video starts, and Mark excitedly says, “It looks like an Avengers movie.”

At a scene where a member is floating, Johnny asks, “Who is that?” with Mark replying “It’s Jungwoo hyung!” Jungwoo is just as shocked, saying “It’s me?” making the members laugh. Taeyong adds, “The special effects are amazing.”

They all cheer at the start of the song and Jungwoo says, “It’s kind of like ‘The 7th Sense.'” Taeyong is shocked at one of Haechan’s scenes, asking, “What? There was this kind of stuff too?” and Doyoung adds, “This scene took a really long time.”

They continue to shout in awe at their choreography and special effects, clapping especially loudly at a scene where Yuta rips his shirt open. After his big scene, Yuta jokingly adds, “I should go to sleep now. Let me know when I come out.”

During one of their intricate choreography scenes, Doyoung shares, “Since this is before we revised our choreography, some of it is different.”

Amid their concentration on the video, Jungwoo takes a moment to laugh at his bucket hair, asking, “Why is my hair like that?” while Jaehyun calls Haechan Mickey Mouse for wearing white gloves.

The group members are consistently amazed by their choreography with the added effects, and Jungwoo exclaims, “We’re kind of like cyborgs,” while Johnny yells, “Mark is like a robot!”

They express praise for their fellow members’ good looks and flattering angles and Johnny expresses continued confusion at how they filmed certain scenes, with Mark adding, “I can’t remember which effects are real and which ones are computerized.”

Mark shrieks especially loudly during the scene where Johnny grabs the back of his neck, causing the rest of the members to look at him with confused expressions.

The members all get up and begin clapping with excitement as soon as the video ends. Doyoung compliments his members’ good looks while Mark and Johnny hilariously recreate their intimate scene behind him. Jungwoo adds that everyone’s side profile came out really well in the video.

They all then begin trying to fool each other about their experiences while filming. Doyoung shares, “During that scene where all the water shot up, I had to fix my makeup because it was getting wet,” which Taeyong innocently responds with, “Really? The water really came up like that?” and Doyoung hilariously replies, “No. I was kidding.”

Yuta then continues, “You know the robots that were behind Mark? Those are all the members dressed up.” Taeyong replies, “Those robots were really there?” and Yuta affirms, “Those were really us in the back,” denying even when Taeyong asks if they were computerized. The rest of the members hop on to make fun of Taeyong, with Haechan adding, “A couple of us really dressed up as robots,” and Doyoung insisting, “The robots were hanging onto a rope that were pulled from the top.”

Taeyong finally catches on once Jaehyun hilariously states, “No it’s not that. We personally called Iron Man.” The rest of the members add onto Jaehyun’s story while Taeyong responds, “That part I can’t believe.” They refuse to stop teasing him as Jungwoo shares “Jaehyun and I filmed our floating scenes in the sky,” and Doyoung adds, “They floated up with their super powers. Really. They used all their strength.”

Yuta cuts them off, leading the group to break into applause as he states, “I think we came out really well,” and Johnny says, “I’m really glad that a super music video came out.” Yuta shares, “I really hope a lot of people watch this music video,” and Doyoung exclaims, “When the music video comes out, I think our fans will really like it. I think they will feel like the wait was worth it.”

Jaehyun leads them into another round of applause to thank all the staff involved in helping to create their incredible music video. Doyoung concludes by saying, “Our music video is amazing, but so are our audience, and so will be our upcoming live performances. Please look forward to them and please continue to watch lots of both NCT 127 and our music videos.”

NCT 127 members all wave to the camera until Haechan hilariously yells, “Okay, cut!”
