Yoo Byung Jae Signs On With New Agency Following Departure From YG Entertainment

Yoo Byung Jae has found a home with a new agency.

On May 31, Sandbox Network confirmed, “We have signed exclusive contracts, which will start in June, with Yoo Byung Jae and his manager Yoo Kyu Sun.” The comedian was previously signed with YG Entertainment.

Established in 2015 as a digital entertainment company, Sandbox Network is a MCN (Multi-Channel Network) company that produces original digital content with content creators that have influence in various fields. It currently houses over 260 teams of content creators.

A representative of Yoo Byung Jae shared, “After much deliberation, he thought that it would be meaningful to have a new start and grow at a young startup like Sandbox that has a freewheeling atmosphere and puts artists at its center. He will be able to show even more through not only broadcasts but also as a creator and producer with Sandbox.”

CEO Lee Pil Sung of Sandbox stated, “It is an honor to work with someone like Yoo Byung Jae who has a unique character. We plan to commit expert producing directors and other manpower into production support in order to highlight Yoo Byung Jae’s talent. We look forward to the endless collaboration between the agency’s comedy creators.”
