Staff Receives Sentence For Hiding Camera In Shin Se Kyung And Bomi’s Room During Variety Show Filming

The prosecution has assigned a sentence for a man who set up a hidden camera in Shin Se Kyung and Apink member Bomi’s room when filming “Pocha Beyond Borders.”

In September 2018, they were filming for the program overseas when Shin Se Kyung discovered the camera disguised as a portable battery.

During the trial on June 13, the prosecution requested a two year prison sentence, disclosure of personal information, and employment restriction for the staff member Kim. The prosecution commented on the severity of social harm caused by illegal filming and Kim’s elaborate planning in purchasing a camera that appears to be a portable battery.

Kim admitted to all charges during the trial.

The sentencing hearing for Kim will be held on July 10.
