
June Boy Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has published this month’s brand reputation rankings for male idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various boy groups, using big data collected from May 6 to June 7.
BTS, whose winning streak at the top of the rankings has now lasted for over a year, took No. 1 on the list for the 13th consecutive month with a brand reputation index of 18,601,065. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “Wembley” and “Bang Shi Hyuk,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “cool,” “radiant,” and “mania.” BTS’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 91.51 percent positive reactions.
Rookie boy group AB6IX shot to No. 2 on this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 4,354,834, marking a staggering 204.50 percent increase in their score since May.
EXO, who also enjoyed an increase of 13.16 percent in their score since last month, came in at No. 3 for June with a brand reputation index of 4,034,002.
NCT rose to No. 4 on the list after seeing an impressive increase of 119.53 percent in their score since May, with their brand reputation index coming out to 3,334,587 for June.
Finally, NU’EST rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 3,111,930 for the month.
