Watch: EXO Reveals Which Of Their Songs Have The Hardest + Most Painful Choreo In New "Stage K" Preview

In a newly released preview for JTBC’s “Stage K,” the members of EXO share their thoughts on their own choreography!

The group will be the featured artist on this week’s episode of the K-pop dance cover competition show, and members Sehun, Suho, Baekhyun, Chen, and Kai will be appearing as judges to watch and evaluate dance covers of their own songs.

On June 7, “Stage K” shared a clip of the five EXO members chatting about their own songs and choreographies ahead of their appearance on the program. When asked to name their hardest choreography, Kai responds, “Honestly, all of our choreography is hard, but two songs come to mind at the moment.”

Suho interjects, “I think he’s going to say ‘Tempo,'” while Chen guesses, “‘Ko Ko Bop‘!” Kai then reveals his picks for their two hardest choreographies: “Tempo” and “MAMA.” Sehun agrees, “[‘MAMA’] is hard,” and Kai goes on to explain, “As far as I remember, those two were the hardest. ‘MAMA’ was also our debut track, and ‘Tempo’ was so tightly choreographed that we had a hard time [performing] it.”

Baekhyun then chimes in, “‘Lucky One‘ is hard, too,” and his bandmates burst out laughing as they rush to fervently agree. Sehun jokingly declares, “I hate the choreography for ‘Lucky One.’ I hate it!” Kai adds with a laugh, “That song was choreographed wrong.” Baekhyun explains, “It hurts to dance that choreography,” and Chen agrees, “It physically hurts.”

As for their favorite dance move from their various choreographies, Sehun remarks, “For me, it’s the chorus of our newest song ‘Love Shot.’ It’s both sexy and cool at the same time. I liked it.”
