B1A4's Sandeul On Famous Friend Group Of '92 Liners, Junior Labelmates, And More
On the June 11 broadcast of MBC FM4U’s “Kim Shin Young’s Hope Song at Noon,” B1A4’s Sandeul appeared as a guest.
During the broadcast, Sandeul told a behind-the-scenes story of asking Yoon Jong Shin to write his newest title track “One Fine Day.” The singer explained, “I enjoy songs by Yoon Jong Shin, and I receive comfort by listening to his songs. When I told him that I would like him to produce my title track, he easily accepted my request.”
Sandeul also talked about his well-known celebrity friend group “’92 Club,” which consists of BTS’s Jin, VIXX’s Ken, EXID’s Hani, MAMAMOO’s Moonbyul, and B1A4’s Baro. Sandeul commented, “We drink alcohol sometimes, but we mostly drink coffee. We play games a lot. But it’s hard to see each other [nowadays] since everyone is so busy.”
The singer also complimented Oh My Girl and ONF. Sandeul said, “Oh My Girl has improved a lot. They sing well, and the group has many talented members.” He continued, “ONF has also improved a lot. They often come to me and ask questions while practicing.” Sandeul also named ONF’s J-Us as his “one pick,” a junior idol that has caught his attention the most.
