Watch: Sulli Reacts To Malicious Comments In Teaser For Upcoming JTBC Variety Show

JTBC unveiled teasers for “Night of Hate Comments,” a new variety show featuring Sulli as one of the hosts.

“Night of Hate Comments” is a talk show in which celebrities will face malicious comments head-on by reading them out loud and responding to them directly. Shin Dong Yup, Kim Sook, and Kim Jong Min will also be appearing on the show as hosts alongside Sulli. In addition to the four MCs, a new guest will appear on the show each week.

In the first teaser, the four hosts read hate comments about themselves. Shin Dong Yup tries to smile, but it doesn’t quite reach his eyes while Kim Sook looks deep in thought and Kim Jong Min attempts to laugh it off. However, Sulli remains cool and calm.

Towards the end, Sulli reads a hate comment about her “no bra” controversy, and she responds without hesitance in a way that shocks the other hosts, but is beeped out for the preview. She’s then shown smirking at the camera with confidence.

The next teaser opens up with the hosts greeting each other. Shin Dong Yup asks Sulli, “What were you thinking when you accepted the offer for this show?” Then he laughs and jokes, “Although I’m glad you did,” making Sulli burst into laughter as well. Shin Dong Yup says he really wanted to express his sincere gratitude for her decision, and Kim Sook asks curiously, “Yes, what were you thinking?”

Sulli seems to hesitate for a moment, and the caption below reads, “If you’re curious about her story…,” hinting that fans will have to watch the show to find out what she has to say about hate comments.

“Night of Hate Comments” will premiere on June 21 at 8 p.m. KST.
