Thursday Drama Battle Heats Up As "Search: WWW" Rises To Highest Ratings Yet
The Wednesday-Thursday drama ratings battle is getting fiercer than ever!
On June 13, tvN’s new romance drama “Search: WWW,” which follows the love lives of three career women who work at Korea’s top search engine companies, achieved its highest viewership ratings yet. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of the drama scored an average rating of 3.3 percent and a peak of 4.1 percent nationwide.
“Search: WWW” also took first place in its time slot across all channels—including public broadcast networks—among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored an average rating of 2.4 percent and a peak of 2.9 percent.
Meanwhile, KBS 2TV’s “Angel’s Last Mission: Love” continued its winning streak as the most-watched drama of the night. According to Nielsen Korea, the June 13 episode of “Angel’s Last Mission: Love” scored average viewership ratings of 7.0 percent and 7.8 percent, marking a significant increase from the night before.
SBS’s “Absolute Boyfriend” also enjoyed a dramatic increase in its viewership ratings from the previous night, scoring average ratings of 3.2 percent and 2.9 percent for its two parts.
Finally, MBC’s “One Spring Night” stayed strong with average viewership ratings of 5.4 percent and 7.0 percent for the night.
