Here is the full statement below:
Hello, this is Brand New Music.
First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the fans for their generous attention and love to our artists.
We believe that malicious slander, groundless rumors, personal attacks, and sexual insults against our artists and trainees online has reached such a level that we can no longer overlook them. We are making it clear that we will take strong legal action based on the data from the fans and our monitoring.
Also, we would like to inform you that some cases that have been carried out since last year have already been punished through investigation, so please be careful not to be subject to punishment due to simple curiosity.
We reiterate that our legal action is a strong response in order to protect our artists, and we promise that we will continue to monitor and respond proactively to protect our artists’ rights.
Lastly, we would like to thank all of you for loving and caring for the artists from Brand New Music, and we would like to ask for your warm encouragement and support.
Thank you.

In July of last year, the agency took legal action against malicious commenters of AB6IX’s Lee Dae Hwi and Park Woo Jin, and recently, they asked fans not to invade the privacy of their trainees appearing on “Produce X 101.”
