"Produce X 101" Unveils Top 30 + Chance To Bring Back Eliminated Trainee

Mnet’s “Produce X 101” has now announced the Top 30 contestants.

On the June 21 episode of the survival show, the trainees were divided into teams for their concept evaluation. The second ranking ceremony then took place, which revealed the rankings of the contestants following online voting and the addition of benefit points from the position evaluation. Lee Dong Wook revealed that there were 33,819,751 votes cast for this round.

Two new entrants in the Top 10 are UP10TION’s Lee Jin Hyuk, who rose from No. 11 in the episode 6 rankings to No. 2 this week, and VICTON’s Han Seung Woo, who was No. 13 in episode 6 and is now No. 9.

Another large change was Kim Min Kyu taking No. 10 after being in the Top 3 since the start of the show, which shocked the other contestants.

Host Lee Dong Wook also announced a twist at the end of the episode. One of the eliminated trainees from this round will be given the opportunity to rejoin the competition as the “X.” The trainee who gets to continue will be determined through 24 hours of voting based on promotional videos they filmed.
