Goo Hara Set To Resume Activities In Japan After Signing On With New Agency
Goo Hara is gearing up for activities in Japan with the announcement that she has signed on with a new agency!
Multiple Japanese media outlets reported on June 22 that Goo Hara had recently signed an exclusive contract with the well-known Japanese agency Production Ogi.
Goo Hara had previously been with Content Y, but the agency announced in January that their contract with Goo Hara had expired in January and they had made the decision to not renew it. Now that she is with a new Japanese management agency, it appears as though Goo Hara is preparing to pursue activities in Japan.
Goo Hara shared the happy news on her personal Instagram account as well. She shared a screenshot of her new profile image on the agency’s website and wrote, “I’m always grateful. I’m very happy. I will continue to work hard in the future. Everyone, please watch over me with support.”
Warning: discussion of suicide.
On May 26, it was reported that Goo Hara had attempted suicide in a room at her house the previous night. She was found unconscious by her manager, and she was immediately taken to the hospital to be treated.
After regaining consciousness the following day, Goo Hara reassured fans of her health through her representative. Last week, she made a welcome return to social media to share her love for fans. On June 17, Goo Hara shared another update on her health by posting photos of herself and she has also announced that she will be taking legal action against those who have posted malicious comments about her.
