"Partners For Justice 2" Holds On To Ratings Lead As "Abyss" And "The Secret Life Of My Secretary" Wrap Up
The viewership ratings are in for the dramas that aired on the night of June 25.
According to Nielsen Korea, MBC’s Monday-Tuesday drama “Partners for Justice 2” held on to its spot at the top of its time slot with ratings of 6.1 and 8.3 percent. This is a slight decrease from their personal best of 6.8 and 8.7 percent, which they recorded on June 24.
KBS’s “Perfume” came in a solid second in the time slot with 5.3 and 6.9 percent, while SBS’s “The Secret Life of My Secretary” aired its finale to ratings of 3.9 and 4.6 percent.
On the cable side, which calculates viewership ratings slightly differently from the public broadcasting networks (SBS, KBS, MBC), tvN’s “Abyss” concluded with ratings of 2.3 percent. On JTBC, “The Wind Blows” recorded ratings of 5.662 percent.
“Abyss” will be succeeded by “Designated Survivor: 60 Days,” while SBS is taking a different approach by replacing its Monday-Tuesday drama time slot with variety shows instead. The first variety show to air in this time slot this summer will be “Little Forest,” starring Lee Seo Jin, Lee Seung Gi, and Park Na Rae.
