EXO was invited to the Blue House!

On June 29, news outlet Money Today reported that EXO had met U.S. President Donald Trump during a cocktail reception held before a dinner banquet at the Blue House. President Donald Trump recently arrived in South Korea for a meeting with President Moon Jae In.

According to the report, EXO was invited to the event for Ivanka Trump, daughter and advisor to President Donald Trump.

Ivanka Trump previously shared her interest in K-pop during a trip to South Korea back in February 2018. After meeting EXO at the closing ceremony of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, she was reported to have commented, “My kids are huge fans. I can’t believe I’m meeting you.”

During the reception, EXO was spotted shaking hands and handing signed albums to both President Donald Trump and Ivanka Trump. Ivanka Trump was also heard describing EXO’s performance at the Olympics as “phenomenal.”
