Update: More Variety Shows Not Airing Today Due To News Coverage

SBS’s “Running Man” and “Master in the House” are not airing this week.
A source from SBS stated to TV Report, “The broadcast that was scheduled for today (June 30) will be canceled due to a live broadcast of the summit between South Korea, North Korea, and the United States. A news report will replace [‘Running Man’].”
Another SBS source shared to TV Daily that “Master in the House” will be canceled this week.

MBC’s “King of Mask Singer” has also announced that the show is not airing today.
This is due to a live coverage of the historic meeting between President Trump of the United States, President Moon Jae In of South Korea, and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un at the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ).
The episode that was originally scheduled for broadcast on June 30 will be pushed back to air on July 7. In next week’s episode, the four singers who made it to the semi-finals will compete to bring down the current king, Nightingale.
“The King of Mask Singer” airs every Sunday at 5 p.m. KST.

SBS’s “Inkigayo” will not be airing as scheduled this week.
On June 30, it was suddenly announced that the “Inkigayo” broadcast for the day was canceled due to a special news report that will be airing in the show’s time slot.
The performances that were scheduled to take place on this day will be recorded and broadcasted the following week on July 7.
The SBS news report that runs from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. KST covers the South Korea-U.S. Summit and the two presidents’ meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un at the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ).
“Inkigayo” airs every Sunday at 3:50 p.m. KST.
