Choi Woo Shik In Talks To Star In New Film Along With Suzy
Suzy and Choi Woo Shik may be acting together in a movie!
On July 2, Ilgan Sports reported that Suzy and Choi Woo Shik will be starring in a new film together, and their agency Management SOOP relayed to Newsen, “Suzy and Choi Woo Shik are positively reviewing the casting offers they received for director Kim Tae Yong’s new movie ‘Wonderland’ (tentative title).” The news about Suzy was also previously revealed on June 26.
“Wonderland” is reportedly a film that deals with the stories of several different characters, and Suzy and Choi Woo Shik are in talks to star as two of the leads. Filming for the movie will begin in the second half of the year after the casting process is finalized.
“Wonderland” will be director Kim Tae Yong’s first full-length commercial film since “Late Autumn” in 2011, which starred Hyun Bin and Tang Wei, who is now the director’s wife.
Meanwhile, both Suzy and Choi Woo Shik used to be part of JYP Entertainment. Choi Woo Shik moved to Management SOOP last year, and Suzy joined the agency this April.
