Kang Daniel To Throw First Pitch At Baseball Game In Hometown Busan

Kang Daniel is officially beginning his activities as Busan’s honorary ambassador!

On July 3, his agency KONNECT Entertainment shared, “On July 9 at 6 p.m. KST, Kang Daniel will be taking part in a ceremony for his appointment as a promotional ambassador of Busan at the Busan Sajik Baseball Stadium, and following that, he will take the mound to throw the first pitch at a baseball game between the Lotte Giants and NC Dinos of the Shinhan Bank MY CAR KBO League.”

At the ceremony, he will receive a letter of appointment from Busan’s mayor Oh Geo Don. The entire ceremony will be broadcasted live on Busan City’s official Facebook page and YouTube channel as well as the Busan Tourism Organization’s Facebook page.

Kang Daniel was voted by Busan’s citizens to be a promotional ambassador for the city in April. As an ambassador, he will be taking part in pro bono promotional activities for his hometown Busan.

Previously during a live broadcast, Kang Daniel had mentioned his hopes to throw the first pitch for one of Lotte Giants’ home game at the Busan Sajik Baseball Stadium, and his wish will be coming true soon.

Meanwhile, Kang Daniel is gearing up for his solo debut this month.
