WJSN's Bona And Dayoung On How Their Appearance On "Battletrip" Almost Foiled Their Comeback Plans

WJSN’s Bona and Dayoung appeared as guests on the July 6 broadcast of KBS2’s “Battletrip” and revealed their intense love of food.

For their trip, Bona and Dayoung went to Goseong County in Gangwon Province. They proceeded to eat all the food that the region has to offer, putting on a proper mokbang show. While the two were eating baeksuk, Bona commented, “I’ve had baeksuk a lot, but this place ranks among one of the best.”

Bona said, “I usually don’t have much of an appetite, but today, I will eat,” and started to lower the zipper on her pants. When the cast exclaimed in surprise, Bona said from the studio, “It’s weirder because you censored it!”

Alarmed at the zipper coming down, Dayoung yelled, “Unni, we’re in a girl group!” but Bona, completely unfazed, just said, “They can’t see anything. Let’s start eating again, shall we?” The WJSN members explained that they ended up eating all of the food, which had originally been for three to four people.

Later, while shooting the introduction for the episode, MC Kim Sook said she heard that WJSN almost couldn’t have their comeback because of the “Battletrip” episode. Bona and Dayoung said, “We left for the trip in the middle of comeback preparations, and we ate so much that our plans all went awry.”

Sung Si Kyung added, “The production staff said they thought the girls had gone crazy. The staff was amazed at how much they ate.”
