
July Variety Show Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety shows!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 50 popular variety shows, using big data collected from June 5 to July 6.
In continuation from last month, MBC’s “I Live Alone” topped the rankings with a brand reputation index of 10,934,189, which is an 9.73 percent increase compared to June. The words “refreshing,” “fun,” and “exciting” showed up in the analysis along with high ranking keywords “[TVXQ’s] Yunho,” “Park Na Rae,” and “Lee Si Eon.”
JTBC’s “Ask Us Anything” came in second place this week as well with a reputation index of 8,599,661 points, marking an increase of 1.48 percent. TV Chosun’s “Wife’s Taste” was ranked third with a brand reputation index of 6,799,863 points, indicating a large increase of 26.18 percent compared to last month.
