BTS's "IDOL" Becomes Their 5th MV To Hit 500 Million Views

Another of BTS’s MVs has surpassed half a billion views!

As the title track to their album “Love Yourself: Answer,” BTS released “IDOL” and its music video on August 24, 2018. On July 11, the MV hit 500 million views.

“IDOL” is now BTS’s fifth MV to reach the milestone, following “DNA,” “Fire,” “Fake Love,” and “MIC Drop.” The only other Korean artists with music videos that have reached 500 million views are PSY and BLACKPINK (who have three MVs each that surpassed the half billion mark).
