Miss Korea 2019 Winner Revealed To Be Daughter Of The East Light's Former CEO
Kim Se Yeon, who won the title of Miss Korea 2019, was revealed to be the daughter of The East Light’s former CEO Kim Chang Hwan.
Kim Se Yeon won the 2019 Miss Korea pageant held at Grand Peace Palace on July 11. She is currently a graphic design major at Art Center College of Design and is 20 years old (by Korean reckoning).
On July 12, it was reported that Kim Se Yeon’s father is Kim Chang Hwan. Last year, Kim Chang Hwan posted a photo on his social media along with the words, “My second and youngest daughters had too much fun at DJ Koo’s K-pop Party club.” In the photo were his second daughter, Kim Se Yeon, and DJ Koo.
A representative of Kim Chang Hwan confirmed that Kim Se Yeon is Kim Chang Hwan’s youngest daughter.
Kim Chang Hwan was recently sentenced to eight months in prison suspended for two years of probation for aiding and abetting child abuse of The East Light members, but he filed to appeal his sentence on July 11.
