"Hotel Del Luna" Ratings Rise For 2nd Episode
tvN’s new drama “Hotel Del Luna” is on the rise!
After making a promising start with its premiere on July 13, the “fantasy horror romance” drama enjoyed even stronger viewership ratings for its second episode on July 14. According to Nielsen Korea, the July 14 broadcast of “Hotel Del Luna” scored an average rating of 7.6 percent and a peak of 8.6 percent nationwide, taking first place in its time slot across all channels (including public broadcast networks).
The second episode of “Hotel Del Luna” saw an even more significant increase in its ratings among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored an average nationwide rating of 5.9 percent and a peak of 6.8 percent.
Meanwhile, KBS 2TV’s popular weekend drama “Mother of Mine” also enjoyed an increase in its viewership ratings from the night before. The July 14 broadcast of “Mother of Mine” scored average nationwide ratings of 25.7 percent and 30.4 percent for its two parts, making it the most-watched drama of the evening.
