3 Reasons To Catch The Premiere Of OCN's 'Mr. Temporary' Starring Yoon Kyun Sang

OCN’s newest Wednesday-Thursday drama is premiering soon!

Mr. Temporary” takes place at an elite high school ranked in the top 0.1 percent, where a mysterious murder case forces a lawyer to go undercover as a teacher to discover the truth.

Including the school’s extraordinary education practices, Yoon Kyun Sang’s impressive two-role character, and a whole set of fresh, new actors, here are the top three reasons to look out for the “Mr. Temporary” premiere.

First, “Mr. Temporary” is an exciting mix between the thrills of a super competitive high school and the shocking murder of a female student. As the truth about all the people surrounding the murder victim Jung Da Eun (Jung Soo Ah) unveils, viewers will be able to utilize their own detective skills during the search for the murderer. This drama also aims to draw viewers in with the tension of unpredictable situations taking place in the prestigious institution.

Yoon Kyun Sang is also garnering lots of attention for his double role. While he starts off as the snobby lawyer Ki Moo Hyuk, the actor will wear a completely different persona as he plays Ki Moo Hyuk going undercover as the temporary teacher Ki Kang Jae to investigate the murder. While the premiere will showcase much of his bright but sly persona, he will become much more serious and sharp throughout the series as Ki Kang Jae comes closer to finding the murder culprit.

“Mr. Temporary” also boasts an impressive rookie cast for their students, starting with Jang Dong Joo as the murder suspect Kim Han Soo. Jung Da Eun plays murder victim Jung Soo Ah, and U-KISS’s Jun plays the intense top student Yoo Beom Jin. The drama also stars Choi Kyu Jin as Lee Ki Hoon, Han So Eun as Han Tae Ra, and Kim Myung Ji as Na Ye Ri. Casting fresh and young faces allows the drama to focus much more on the cruel reality of the situation while creating the atmosphere of a real high school.

“Mr. Temporary” premieres on July 17 at 11 p.m. KST. It airs every Wednesday and Thursday and will be available with English subtitles on Viki!
