UP10TION’s Lee Jin Hyuk expressed his thanks to announcer Park Mi Sun!
On July 20, after the finale of “Produce X 101,” Park Mi Sun had taken to Instagram to express her feelings after Lee Jin Hyuk’s name was not announced as one of the members of the show’s new boy group.
She wrote, “I couldn’t sleep well last night because of him. How frustrated he must have felt after working so hard to achieve his dream. I was upset. Jin Hyuk will do well. Hang in there. I support Lee Jin Hyuk.”
After Lee Jin Hyuk made his own Instagram account on July 22, he replied to her post. He wrote, “Hello, Park Mi Sun! I’m Lee Jin Hyuk! I’m writing this to express my thanks belatedly because I’ve only now made an Instagram. At the time, I gained a lot of strength after I saw your post. Following the “Produce X 101” finale, TOP Media announced that Lee Jin Hyuk will be continuing to use his real name as he promotes rather than his former stage name. It was also announced that he will be holding a fan meeting in August.
