NCT 127 Meets Katy Perry, HRVY, And More International Celebrities At Capitol Congress 2019

NCT 127 recently attended Capitol Music Group’s Capitol Congress event!

On August 7 (local time), artists, producers, and music industry executives gathered at the Arclight Theater in Los Angeles to reveal upcoming projects and initiatives.

The major artist line up included NCT 127, Katy Perry, Niall Horan, Quavo, Halsey, Marshmello, and more.

During the event, president Jacqueline Saturn of Caroline, Capitol Music Group’s independent distribution and label services arm, remarked, “You can say [NCT 127] is the hottest K-pop team at the moment. They are a group that has achieved remarkable results in a short period of time. [NCT 127] just completed their tour through nine U.S. cities, and they have the influence and fandom to hold solo concerts in 26 cities around the world, including Asia, the Americas, and Europe.”

NCT 127 also appeared on stage to say, “Thank you for inviting us to such a meaningful event. We’re with musicians and pop stars we’ve always liked, so we’re a little nervous and excited to be able to come on stage to say hello. We’ve been active in the U.S. this year, and we’ve had the pleasure of ranking 11th on the Billboard 200. We recently released our English single ‘Highway to Heaven,’ so please check it out. We plan to work hard in the future as well, so please look forward to it.”

After the event, NCT 127 joined an after party held at Capitol Tower and chatted with celebrities and American music industry officials. They also snapped photos with SM Entertainment founder Lee Soo Man and celebrities such as Katy Perry, CYN, HRVY, Lil Baby, and Loren Gray.
