Watch: BTOB's Yook Sungjae Thanks His Stylist With A Heartfelt Letter

BTOB’s Yook Sungjae conveyed his gratefulness to his longtime stylist with a sincere letter on SBS’s “Master in the House”!

On the August 11 broadcast of the show, the cast joined the featured master, actor Choi Soo Jong, in writing thank-you letters as a morning event.

Yook Sungjae addressed his letter to his stylist, Goo Dong Hyun. When it came time to read it, both Yook Sungjae and Goo Dong Hyun could not hide their embarrassment, and Lee Seung Gi jokingly added to the awkward atmosphere by making them face each other.

Although Yook Sungjae got off to a rocky start — he mistook the length of time they worked together as eight years instead of six — his letter was both humorous and heartfelt. He wrote, “Thank you for taking care of my inner and outer appearances as not just celebrity Yook Sungjae, but also human Yook Sungjae.”

He continued, “I learned so much from you — how to receive kindness from my seniors, how to disappear like the wind at drinking parties. With you, who taught me how to live life wisely, there may be some troubles, but through those times, let’s strengthen our synergy. Let’s become the stylist-artist pair that works together for the longest time.”

After reading his letter, Yook Sungjae commented, “I want to thank Master Choi Soo Jong. I feel like a burden has been lifted. I thought to myself, ‘It’s such a relief. I should have said something sooner. What would have happened if I hadn’t said anything and we misunderstood each other?'”
