Ong Seong Wu And Kim Hyang Gi Face Troubles As Kim Sun Young Gets Involved In "Moments Of 18"

JTBC’s Monday-Tuesday drama “Moments of 18” has shared new stills showing a rocky road lying ahead for Yoo Soo Bin (played by Kim Hyang Gi) and Choi Joon Woo (played by Ong Seong Wu) as he faces her mother Yoon Song Hee (played by Kim Sun Young).

The previous episode showed Jun Woo and Soo Bin shyly trying to figure out their emotions after a surprise confession by Soo Bin. She fainted during an exam, and Joon Woo carried her to the nurse’s office. There was an awkward air between them when they were left by themselves, and Soo Bin, trying to act like she wasn’t affected by Joon Woo’s lack of reaction to her confession, tried to play it off as an accident. However, Joon Woo in turn confessed his feelings for her when he heard this.

With a romance possibly blooming between the two, the new stills show Joon Woo visiting Soo Bin’s house and meeting her mother. Soo Bin is unable to look at him as she feels her mother would disapprove of him, and Joon Woo has a sadness in his eyes as he watches her. Meanwhile, Soo Bin’s mother seems to catch on to what’s going on between the two, and she glares at Joon Woo with a cold gaze. As she wants her daughter to focus on nothing but being the best, she is willing to do anything to make sure Soo Bin’s life is what she imagined. It will be interesting to see how she plays a part in Joon Woo and Soo Bin’s journey.

The upcoming episode will also show Soo Bin’s mother finding out that Joon Woo had been forced to move to a new school, and Soo Bin being terrified that her mother has that knowledge. The production staff shared, “The new episode will show Joon Woo and Soo Bin going through many ups and downs in their emotions following their confessions. Please keep watching to see if a flower path of romance lies ahead for the pair.”
