Gong Seung Yeon, Kim Min Jae, Park Ji Hoon, And More Are Confident Matchmakers In Poster For Historical Rom-Com
JTBC’s upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama “Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency” has released a new poster featuring Kim Min Jae, Gong Seung Yeon, Park Ji Hoon, and Byun Woo Seok!
“Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency” will tell the story of a king (Seo Ji Hoon) who makes a request to Joseon’s best dating agency Flower Crew to protect his first love. Upon his request, the matchmakers at the agency risk their own lives to transform the lowly woman Gae Ddong (Gong Seung Yeon) into the noblest woman.
In the poster, Ma Hoon (Kim Min Jae), Gae Ddong (Gong Seung Yeon), Go Young Soo (Park Ji Hoon), and Do Joon (Byun Woo Seok) wear proud smiles as they pose in a business-like manner. As if to prove their status as the best dating agency, their expressions exude confidence. This proud demeanor matches well with the phrase written on the poster: “We solve the question of marriage.” The combination of the four members of the Flower Crew—Joseon’s best male matchmaker Ma Hoon, image consultant Go Young Soo, informant Do Joon, and Gae Ddong, who wears an ornamental hairpin instead a gat (traditional Korean hat)—piques viewers’ curiosity.
The production staff stated, “The color, reminiscent of a traditional wedding ceremony, symbolizes a drama about matchmaking during the Joseon Dynasty. The explosive business chemistry between Kim Min Jae, Gong Seung Yeon, Park Ji Hoon, and Byun Woo Seok has helped amplify that image.” They then asked viewers to anticipate the launch of the male Joseon matchmakers’ “unpredictable” marriage proposal project that has never been seen before.
“Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency” will premiere on September 16 at 9:30 p.m. KST. Watch a teaser here!
