Park Gyu Young, Jung Gun Joo, And Cho Yi Hyun Sign With New Agencies After Move From JYP
Previous actors of JYP Entertainment have signed with new agencies!
In July, it was announced that JYP Entertainment’s actor division will be jointly managed with NPIO Entertainment, a new company launched by JYP Entertainment’s vice president Pyo Jong Rok. It was revealed that Yoon Park, Shin Eun Soo, Kang Hoon, Shin Ye Eun, Kim Dong Hee, and Lee Chan Sun will be staying with the agency.
The other actors are transferring to different agencies.
Park Gyu Young, who has starred in dramas including “Romance is a Bonus Book,” “Nokdu Flower,” “The Third Charm,” and “Just Between Lovers,” has signed an exclusive contract with Saram Entertainment. The agency houses a wide range of actors including Lee Je Hoon, Honey Lee, and Sooyoung.
The agency commented, “Park Gyu Young is an actress with warm passion about acting and endless potential. We will support Park Gyu Young so she can showcase her potential in various fields.”
Jung Gun Joo has gained popularity through web dramas including “Flower Ever After,” “W.H.Y.,” and “The Best Ending.” He also starred in the KBS drama special “The Tuna and the Dolphin” and is set to appear in the upcoming MBC drama “Extraordinary You.” He has joined Blossom Entertainment, home to actors including Song Joong Ki, Park Bo Gum, Cha Tae Hyun, and more.
Cho Yi Hyun debuted through the web drama “Revenge Note” and has since starred in dramas including “Witch’s Court,” “Bad Papa,” and “Less than Evil.” She has signed with Artist Company, an agency with actors including Go Ara, Lee Jung Jae, Jung Woo Sung, and more.
