'The Great Show' Premieres To Solid Ratings, 'Moments Of 18' Sets Personal Best

tvN’s newest Monday-Tuesday drama “The Great Show” is here!

The drama is about a former General Assembly member named Wi Dae Han (played by Song Seung Heon) who tries to return to office. In order to appear more relatable, Wi Dae Han takes in four troublemaker siblings.

The first episode of the drama aired on August 26. According to Nielsen Korea, it recorded 3.1 percent viewership, peaking at 4.0 percent. For tvN’s target age range of 20 to 49, the drama reached 1.7 percent of viewers nationwide with a high of 2.5 percent.

“The Great Show” follows “Designated Survivor: 60 Days,” which set a personal best with its finale, recording an average of 6.2 percent.

Meanwhile, JTBC’s “Moments of 18” hit its own personal best this week with an average of 3.8 percent viewership.

In public broadcasting, MBC’s “Welcome 2 Life” took No. 1 with 4.1 and 5.5 percent viewership, while KBS2’s “I Wanna Hear Your Song” hit 2.3 and 2.9 percent.
